Cancellation Policy

At NOIR, we take discretion and quality seriously. To ensure hygiene and customer safety, we offer a limited return policy.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after placement. Once confirmed, the customer must receive the package.
• If you wish to return a product, it must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
• Refunds are not issued for items that are used, damaged, or sent without original packaging.
