4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped through trusted courier/logistics partners.

• Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates; delays may occur due to logistics, unforeseen events, or location-specific issues.

• Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the shipping address provided.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in cases where we are legally obligated to do so (see Refund Policy).

• Refunds will only be processed if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, expired, or undeliverable.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, packaging designs, product names, and trademarks associated with NOIR are the intellectual property of Adelante Ventures LLP.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse our brand assets without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• NOIR and Adelante Ventures LLP are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

• Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

• Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
