Refund policy

 

NOIR Refund Policy

At NOIR, we take pride in the quality and hygiene of our products. For this reason, we do not accept returns or provide refunds except in circumstances where we are legally obliged to do so under Indian law.

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

1. Defective or Damaged Product

If the product you receive is physically damaged, defective, or not in usable condition at the time of delivery.

2. Wrong Product Shipped

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.

3. Expired or Non-Compliant Product

If a consumable product (such as lubricants) is found to be expired at the time of delivery or does not meet mandatory safety/legal standards.

4. Failure to Deliver

If your order cannot be fulfilled and delivered by us, you are entitled to a full refund.

Conditions

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must provide proof of issue (unboxing video/images).
  • For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be refunded, except where the issue falls under the above categories.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
